Why move to Attaché BI?
A core Attaché principle is to take our clients through changes in technology as painlessly as possible and with minimum disruption while still taking full advantage of what the new technology has to offer. The move to Attaché BI positions both Attaché and our clients for the decade ahead, protects your existing investment in staff and systems, and offers many new opportunities for business improvement and innovation.
The Attaché Desktop includes workflows for easy access to Attaché tasks, information about your Attaché system and the new Attaché Help Centre. You can customise the desktop and add your own "portlets" to display websites you often use, such as your bank or suppliers.
Look and feel
As well as a more contemporary look and feel Attaché BI delivers a whole new experience with a number of small improvements that make a big difference. These include one-click switch from enquiry to maintenance for faster masterfile editing; tabs on masterfiles, reports and options tasks to make screens easier to use; the new Memo tab on masterfiles for storing extra information; and custom colours for transaction-entry screens.
Store details of prospective customers, including multiple contacts and document delivery addresses in the new Prospects masterfile. You can create quotes for prospects, create prospects from quotations and convert prospects to customers.
Supplier recurring transactions
Set up a schedule to generate recurring invoices.You can use these schedules to control how often and how many times the invoices are generated, the dates that recurring generation starts and/or stops and the maximum total amount to be invoiced.
Customer invoice reminders
Create and send reminders for overdue invoices. The Invoice Reminders tab on the Attaché Desktop displays a list of overdue invoices. You can use the sort and filter functions to find specific invoices for which to send reminders. The related invoices are sent with the reminder and multiple reminders for the same customer can be bundled into a single email.
Bill of Materials
A key enhancement in Attaché BI is the Bill of Materials (BOM) feature, which lists the components and quantities required to manufacture end products. The BOM is a valuable tool that's sure to assist with your estimating and purchasing requirements.
Enhancements to cost centres
Cost centres help you to improve your company's profitability analysis. Keep track of expenses and revenue across different branches, departments, products, sales or projects by adding cost centres to your accounts and payroll transactions. You can allocate income, expenses, sales and purchases to cost centres throughout Attaché BI.
Working Holiday Maker program (compliance)
Attaché BI includes changes related to the Working Holiday Maker program (visa 417 or 462), known as the "backpackers tax". This includes new tax rates for affected employees and the Working Holiday Maker payment summaries.
Fringe Benefits Tax reporting requirements (compliance)
Attaché BI Payroll includes payment summary layouts for employees that have both exempt and non-exempt FBT amounts.
Express Leave for Attache Payroll
Attaché Express Leave is an online application that gives both employers and employees an easy way to manage leave requests, from their mobile, tablet or desktop. Leave requests are approved by managers and sent to payroll for processing, streamlining processes and eliminating paperwork. Employees can view their leave entitlements, leave history and see a calendar showing other employees' leave and public holidays.

Select the best deployment approach for your accounting and payroll needs. Maintain full control with an in-house server. Alternatively, the cloud provides secure local hosting, saves on server costs and ensures your existing investment in hardware is fully protected.

Achieve instant on-screen analysis, with colour coding capabilities to highlight sales performance information.
